Refund & Returns Policy – Al Waha Distributors
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (food, groceries, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
- Bulk orders (50+ units)
- Some health & personal care items
📌 Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Bulk orders (50+ units)
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (may take time before officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing time varies).

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, the refund will go directly to them.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to:

- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
